Normal Lip Color

A healthy lip color is one that has a certain shine to it, with just the right amount of redness and moisture in the lips themselves, and the same color on the upper and lower lips, plus some light lines.

Different color upper and lower lips

The upper lip represents the stomach and the lower lip belongs to the spleen. If the upper lip is dark red and the lower lip is light white, it means the stomach is hot and the spleen is cold.

Pale Lips

When the lips that should appear red and ruddy turn to a bloodless pale white, your body will become easily anemic and prone to dizziness as a result of a lack of qi and blood, or as a result of dieting and weight loss, you can also nourish your body through dietary supplements.
