1. Why is the pcb green?

Why are most PCBS green? That's the basic question. In fact, the circuit board itself is brown, and the green we see is the welding mask. 2. Who invented 2? A PCB?
The original idea for the printed circuit board was to make it easier to connect many components, dating back to the 1890s. But the real inventor of the PCB was Austrian inventor Paul Eisler. In Austria, Paul learned to use printing techniques and wanted to see if he could use a printing process to connect all the components to an insulating board instead of manually connecting their wires. In 1936, he developed his own PCB to make radios. But PCBS didn't become popular until the 1950s.

To make a PCB, you must first design the layout of the PCB, which is usually done through computer-aided design (CAD). CAD is used to draw the schematic and design the layout of the PCB, and we can detect possible errors in advance before manufacturing the PCB. After testing and checking that the wiring and position of all these components on the PCB are correct, the PCB is manufactured according to the layout.
4. What is SMT?
In printed circuit board production, you sometimes hear the word SMT. Surface Mount Technology acronym sMT uses automated technology to attach components to printed circuit boards, which is the most common technique used in printed circuit board manufacturing. In PCB manufacturing, the through hole method is initially adopted. Due to many errors, SMT gradually replaced the through hole method.

Beginners may not know that PCBS are actually connected without wires. This is interesting because most electrical devices and technologies require wires to connect it. PCB uses copper wire instead of wire directly through the device and connects all components. If a wire connection is used, it may take up too much space, and fortunately it is now possible to make extremely complex PCB boards that do not require wire connections, thus saving a lot of space.
