In recent years, a variety of ancient beauty tools from the East have emerged in Europe and the United States, whether it is a jade roller, a massage stick, or a scraping, all of which are in full swing. There are many celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Miranda Kerr, Karlie Kloss and Selena Gomez, etc. are all advocates of scraping beauty. This scraping beauty trend has now "counterattacked" Asia, becoming a beauty trend that cannot be partnered.

The founder of Hayo'u Method, Katie Brindle, has been studying traditional Chinese medicine for 15 years. She shares her experience of scraping and beauty with "8 Vision Entertainment Life".

What is scraping beauty?

Literally understood, "scraping" refers to pressing and repeated movements, and "scar" refers to the redness of the skin surface.

Scraping technology is a traditional Chinese medicine method derived from the ancient East. The method of scraping beauty is to use the scraping board to massage the face repeatedly. This method of maintenance has won the favor of European and American net reds, and some people even claim that it can replace botulinum injection to smooth wrinkles and restore the radiance of the face. Katie Brindle said: "Some people will temporarily redden their skin after shaving. This actually means that the skin is repairing itself by producing more collagen."

How to choose a scraping tool?

Different scraping tools have different effects. Katie Brindle pointed out that there are many types of scraping boards and scraping rollers. The jade scraping tools are "cool" and focus on adjusting the balance of the body, helping to reduce inflammation and relieve puffiness. Rose Quartz scraping tools, also known as powder crystals, focus on energy and are helpful to the function of the heart, lungs, immune system, lymph glands, and thymus. They are suitable for neck and chest, but avoid night use. If scraping is performed at night, Katie Brindle recommends choosing the amethyst scraping tool (amethyst). In the morning, it is more appropriate to use a citrine scraping tool.

How to scrape?

The whole process is very simple and can be completed in less than 4 minutes per day:

1.Before shaving, apply moisturizing oil to your face. You can also scrape directly in the bath to reduce the damage of many skins.

2.Use the curved side of the scraping board or scraping roller to gently scrape the jaw line, chin and mouth from bottom to top. Scrape each part 3 to 5 times.

3.Place the scraping board in parallel under the eyes to soothe the skin around the eyes and help eliminate puffiness.

4.Wipe horizontally between the 2 brow bones to help tighten the skin. You can also press a little hard between the brow bones and then scrape upwards to effectively release muscle pressure.

5.Scraping from top to bottom at the neck area can help clear meridians, detoxify and remove dampness.
